A Brave New Word: In Character (Awakenings)

Date: 23 Oct 2287
I woke up in hell. My husband dead, shot before my eyes, and my son stolen by a strange scarred man and his radsuited associates. The memory was so intense when the system kicked me out of the pod that I couldn’t face Nate in his pod, though I could see his frozen lifeless body thru the access port.
It was so alien, my escape from the Vault. It was not the new shiny Vault I had seen (to me) hours before, it was.. old. Wet, dank and running down, and clearly not inhabited in decades (or longer)

Notes:
Hawthorne House: As suspected, Hawthorne was a drug dealer. Left copious notes on clients very little actual drugs. Odds are was cleared out of drugs decades ago, found a few stim packs and some ammo along with something that looked liked a gun put together by a teenager in machine shop, found more as I surveyed the area.

24 Oct 2287
- Encountered Raiders
- Scavenged Sat station and Red rocket for tools
- Encountered Mole Rats (who implants mines on animals?)
- Retrieved tools and materials to upgrade hunting rifle and pistol


25 Oct 2287
- Encountered Ghouls en route to classified location for gear.
- Found Raiders and Drumlin Dinner
* Institute Note/Scene: Notes she shot Simone THRU Wolfgang with hunting rifle, killing him and nearly killing Simone with one shot
- Found 3 slain raiders with Pickman’s calling card.
- Overnighted in Mystic Pines.

26 Oct 2287
- Encountered Supermutants for first time. Ambushing group of scavengers in building outside of Lexington. Snipped while noting Supermutant using mini nuke to kill scavengers, picked off remaining supermutants after follow up car explosions injured all of them.
- Encountered running battle between several supermutants and ghouls in mid Lexington, after observing via night scope decided to avoid Lexington at this time.
-Encountered raiders on wreck of USS Riptide.
* Institute Note: She is observed shooting thru PA Raider to crack fusion core from extreme range.

27 Oct 2287
- Recovered the Steath armor as well as the Solar Cannon, snuck back to Sanctuary.
- Rested and sowed crops

30 Oct 2287
- Rescued team of Brotherhood of Steel members. Assisted Paladin Danse in the recovery of a deep range transmitter from ArcJet before returning to Sanctuary to update Garvey on the acquisition on three new settlements.
